For the 2006 training year, a new RMR competition was introduced for Physical Fitness. By completing a certain amount of push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups and running a certain amount of laps under a required time, RMR members are awarded a Bronze, Silver or Gold pin that they can wear on their uniform.
"It is our duty to set the standard for others to follow, so make the effort and push yourself a little further than you think you can go and you will be amazed at your results." -LCol Colin Robinson
