Invictus Games Flag Tour Stops at RMR

Westmount, Quebec – 14 September 2017: The RMR hosted the Invictus Games Flag tour yesterday in their armoury. Invited by Comrade Sue Guerin, president of the RMR Association (Br. 14), the flag tour came to Westmount as part of their cross-country tour. The RMR was the only stop on the island of Montreal.

Created by Prince Harry in 2014, the Invictus Games are an international sporting event for injured military veterans — be those injuries physical or mental. Toronto is hosting the games this year.

The RMR family provided two members to serve as flag bearers: Comrade Nikita Rambarransingh from the RMR Association, and Corporal Lamb from the serving battalion.
