RMR history books available

Westmount, Quebec – 09 January 2019: Two books are available for purchase on either Amazon (France) or at the Canadian War Museum in Ottawa.

Written by Michel Gravel, both books detail important aspects of the RMR’s fighting during the Last 100 Days of the First World War.

Michel Gravel has been a tireless promoter of the vital role played by Canadians in ending the war, and his research and efforts has led to two towns in France commemorating the RMR (Cagnicourt and Sains-les-Marquions), as well as the identification of an unknown RMR soldier (Captain Richard Steacie).

The story of Captain George McKean, VC, MC, MM, of the RMR and the capture of Cagnicourt during the Breaking of the Drocourt-Queant Line.
