RMR OPEN HOUSE: 30 September 2017
Westmount, Quebec – 21 September 2017: You are invited to visit us next Saturday as The Royal Montreal Regiment (RMR) will be opening their doors to the public as part of a national “Open House” on Saturday 30 September 2017. All Canadian Army Reserve Armouries will be open to the public that day.
RMR soldiers will be on hand to provide vehicle, equipment, rations, and weapon displays as well as answer questions and socialize with the public. Tactical demonstrations will also be given throughout the day.
Recruiting information will be available for those interested in joining the Army Reserve, and the RMR Museum will be open showcasing its display for the recent 100th anniversary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge.
