Celebrate 100 Years in the Westmount Community!

Westmount, Quebec – 01 October 2025: We hope you will join us for a truly historic occasion: the Armoury Centennial Dinner on Friday, November 7th, 2025, held at The Royal Montreal Regiment (RMR) Armoury.

The RMR and the City of Westmount share a bond forged in sacrifice and remembrance. In 1920, the 58th Regiment, Westmount Rifles, was amalgamated with the RMR, and Westmount provided the land that made the Armoury possible. Built entirely through private fundraising and completed in 1925, the Armoury was dedicated to the 1,192 members of the Regiment who gave their lives in France and Flanders. Nearly a century later, it remains a living memorial and a proud home for our Regiment.

This once-in-a-century dinner will be held on the main floor of the Armoury, with all messes open to receive guests. It promises to be an evening of camaraderie, remembrance, and celebration.

• Dinner Commences: 19h00

• Dress Code: #2 Mess Dress or equivalent (black tie or formal evening attire)

• Tickets: $180 per person

• Guests: This is a mixed dining-in—partners and guests are warmly encouraged to attend. Each attendee requires their own ticket.
