Master-Corporal Ruscito Recognized for Initiative, Troop Welfare, and Excellence

Westmount, Quebec – 23 October 2025: During a CO’s Parade held at the armoury, Master-Corporal Davide Ruscito received a Unit Commendation for Initiative, Troop Welfare, and Excellence. The text of his Commendation scroll reads:

During a period of understaffing, MCpl Ruscito was gainfully employed above their rank as Section Commander.
Throughout the training year, they provided excellent instruction and mentorship to their troops. They fostered an environment of professionalism and military ethos. They also ensured the strong attendance of their section in all unit activities. This year, HQ & Svc Coy applauds MCpI Ruscito’s exemplary efforts.
