Cadets Affiliated with RMR Compete in Virtual Army Run

Westmount, Quebec – 08 September 2025: On a sunny day in Saint-Henri, Cadets from three of the RMR’s four affiliated units participated in a ‘virtual edition’ of the Canadian Army Run.

The event was first started by Lieutenant-Colonel John Shone during Covid as a way to get folks together and exercising outdoors. He has continued to organize it as a volunteer, and several members of the RMR were on hand to assist him with running the BBQ and feeding the Cadet participants.
