Vimy Pilgrimage Award 2018

Westmount, Quebec – 24 October 2025: Applications for the 2026 Vimy Pilgrimage Award (VPA) are open until 25 November 2025.

Students can win a fully-funded week-long immersive educational program in Belgium and France to study Canada’s tremendous First World War history. VPA recipients demonstrate an outstanding commitment to their communities through positive contributions, volunteering, or notable deeds that benefit their peers, family, school, town, province, or country.

Young Canadians, aged 15-17, who demonstrate outstanding civic service through volunteer work by making positive contributions in their communities are eligible to apply for the Vimy Foundation’s annual Vimy Pilgrimage Award.

Scheduled for April 3-11, 2026, the program features interactive education and visits to significant First World War battlefields, cemeteries, and memorials, including the Canadian National Vimy Memorial.
