The commendation for Master-Corporal Lepore reads:

Since March 2023, MCpl Lepore has served as the RQ’s Second-in-Command. His hard work, dedication, and initiative have greatly benefited the Unit and the success of its exercises. Master Corporal Lepore consistently went above and beyond, often working on his days off. He actively sought out additional responsibilities within the QM and the Unit’s different companies. Despite the high volume of work in his position, MCpl Lepore volunteered to be an instructor for both the Basic Mortars course and the Infantry Basic Machine Gunners course. The Unit applauds MCpl Lepore’s commitment.
