Westmount, Quebec – 14 December 2024: On Saturday 07 December, the RMR family came together once again for the traditional Honorary Colonel’s Christmas Parade, a cherished annual tradition that celebrates camaraderie, achievements, and holiday cheer among serving soldiers and veterans.
The day featured the ever-popular Turkey Shoot, where LCol Jonasz emerged victorious, winning the prized bird. In a gracious gesture of sportsmanship, LCol Jonasz passed his winnings (an actual turkey!) to the second-place shooter, MCpl Savage.

In recognition of our recently returned deployed members, Branch 14 (RMR Association) of the Legion presented RMR Gift Boxes as a token of appreciation to welcome them back home. These boxes, which included some coveted RMR merchandise, served as a warm welcome back to those who have contributed so much by placing themselves in harm’s way.
